You should add the license into metadata for the asset pack(s):
"Edit asset pack->Metadata->Release Info->License for assets" It will increase the size of audience that will be able to find your art

Which version of RPG Maker will these assets work for?
honestly not sure, though i assume they'd work fine. any issues you have just let us know, converting them to another format is trivial so don't worry too much
